Referral Terms

These Referral Terms govern the Cashodilo referral programme (the "Programme") and supplement the Terms of Service. Terms defined in the Terms of Service have the same meaning in these Referral Terms. In the event of a conflict, these Referral Terms prevail as regards the Programme.

1. Participation

1.1 Each Account is assigned a personal referral code and invitation link, available in the App under Profile → Invite friends.

1.2 A person who installs the App through your invitation link, or who enters your referral code before their first payout, becomes your "Referred Friend".

2. Eligibility

2.1 Any holder of an active Account in a Supported Country may participate in the Programme.

2.2 You may not refer yourself, another Account on the same device or any person who shares a device with you.

3. Referral rewards

3.1 No referral reward is credited when a Referred Friend joins.

3.2 When the first Order of your Referred Friend has been approved, you and your Referred Friend each receive a one-time bonus.

3.3 Thereafter, you receive a share of the Coins your Referred Friend earns from games and surveys. The share is paid by us and is not deducted from the earnings of your Referred Friend. Bonuses, referral rewards and adjustments are excluded.

3.4 The amount of the bonus and of the share are stated in the App and may vary by country. We may change them with effect for future earnings and will announce any change in the App.

4. Rules

4.1 You must describe Cashodilo accurately when sharing your referral code or invitation link.

4.2 You must not:

• promise or imply any particular earnings, or describe the Service as "free money" or in any similarly misleading manner;
• present yourself as Cashodilo or as acting on its behalf;
• promote your referral code or invitation link through paid advertising, unsolicited messages or any channel where such promotion is not permitted; or
• offer incentives to persons to create Accounts they do not intend to use.

4.3 Each Referred Friend must be a different person using a different device.

5. Abuse

5.1 If a referral involves a duplicate device, a suspended or terminated Account or a breach of section 4, we may remove the referral rewards from both Accounts and suspend or terminate them in accordance with section 8 of the Terms of Service.

5.2 If a Partner reverses earnings of your Referred Friend, the referral rewards attributable to those earnings are reversed accordingly.

6. Amendment and termination of the Programme

6.1 We may amend, suspend or terminate the Programme at any time.

6.2 Referral rewards already credited are not affected. The share under section 3.3 ends when the Programme ends or when either Account is deleted, suspended or terminated.
